A little more than a year ago, Kimball Office’s leadership team took on the challenge to answer the question, “What do we stand for?” and “What will make us relevant and valuable in the future?”
A lot of answers came out during those strategic discussions, and it always came back to our customers: how we engage them and how does our package of value serve the needs of businesses around the country?
We made a promise during those discussions that we will structure our business and develop products to make it easy for architects, designers, facilities managers, and business executives to succeed.
We believe strongly that we will be successful when your job is made easier. We want to make it easy to select, buy, install and maintain high quality office furniture. We want you to have furniture that encourages collaboration and adjusts to your work environments, your teams’ needs and working styles. We want your installers and facilities management teams to easily install and maintain our furniture for the many years you have it.
And we want you to come back to Kimball Office furniture in the future because we make it easy for you to do business.
Why did Kimball Office start a blog? It wasn’t to be cool, or because everyone is doing it. We’re launching this blog to give you more insight into how we think, how we do business and to openly communicate with each of you so that we may learn from you what you need from us to make it easy.
Because in the end, the Kimball Office blog isn’t really about us. It’s about you.
